  • The psychological aspect: It expresses different emotions and feelings, such as: fear, anger, joy, love, forgiveness of others for their mistakes, and all the different feelings that give an individual happiness with himself and others
  • The mental aspect: expresses the individual’s thoughts, behaviors, beliefs, and analysis of situations and of himself; So that the individual must have his own opinions and ideas and see himself in a positive way away from negative thoughts
  • The spiritual aspect: It is the aspect that expresses the individual’s relationship with himself, his creativity, his goal in life, and his relationship with his Creator. Man needs inner calm and sufficient confidence in his inner knowledge

All these aspects are closely related to each other; For example, if a person suffers from back pain and stays in bed for a long time,

this may lead him to enter into a state of depression or frustration, from a psychological and physical point of view, and as another example of the connection of the physical side with the psychological side, then it is possible for a person to be rejected. This leads to a headache.
